SPINACH ROTI

Chopped chicken or shredded cheese can replace the spinach in the roti.



1/2 cup Roger Raizada's Gluten Free Roti Mix

1/3 cup water

1 large egg, lightly beaten

1 cup free-flow frozen spinach

1 small shallot, diced

2-3 tablespoons canola oil

Vegetable Goan

Ingredients. 1/2 kg Mixed vegetable fresh or frozen,Roger Raizada One for All paste,Tandoori marinade,Roger Raizada Khalis ghee,salt to taste.

How to make it.. Chopped or diced your vegetables add 1 Tblsp Tandoori marinade ,Stir fry vegetables in 1-2 Tblsp Khalis Ghee ,
2- Add 2 Tblsp one for all paste, 200-300 Coconut cream,cook to boil and serve

Vegetable Korma

Ingredients- 1/2 kg Mixed Vegetables,Roger Raizada One for All Paste,Tandoori Marinade,Khalis Ghee,Multi Thickener,300 ml cream.
How to make it. Stir fry vegetables with 1-2 Ghee add 1 Tbsp Tandoori Marinade in a pan on moderate heat for 5 minutes.

Add 2-3 Tbsp One for all paste 300 ml cream and 1-2 Tbsp Multi Thickener.
Serve with Roger Raizada Low G I Rice or Naan

Vegetable Mango

Ingredients- 1/2 kg Mixed Vegetables,Roger Raizada One for All Paste,Tandoori Marinade,Khalis Ghee,Multi Thickener,300 ml cream.Mango pulp
How to make it. Stir fry vegetables with 1-2 Ghee add 1 Tbsp Tandoori Marinade in a pan on moderate heat for 5 minutes.
Add 2-3 Tbsp One for all paste 300 ml cream and 1-2 Tbsp Multi Thickener and 1/2 cup mango pulp

Vegetable Masala

Ingredients- 1/2 kg Mixed Vegetables,Roger Raizada One for All Paste,Tandoori Marinade,Khalis Ghee.
How to make it. Stir fry vegetables with 1-2 Ghee add 1 Tbsp Tandoori Marinade in a pan on moderate heat for 5 minutes.
Add 2-3 Tbsp One for all paste cook it till tender or as you desire.

Tofu or Paneer korma

Ingredients- 1/2 kg Tofu or Paneer,Roger Raizada One for All Paste,Tandoori Marinade,Khalis Ghee,Multi Thickener,300 ml cream.
How to make it. Stir fry Tofu or Paneer with 1-2 Ghee add 1 Tbsp Tandoori Marinade in a pan on moderate heat for 2 minutes.
Add 2-3 Tbsp One for all paste 300 ml cream, bring to boil and 1-2 Tbsp Multi Thickener.

Ingredients- 500 gms cooked dal,Roger Raizada One for All Paste,Khalis Ghee.
How to make it. Just add 2-3 Tblsp ghee in a pan ,2-3 Tblsp one for all paste add cooked dal serve with Low GI Rice or Naan.

To make it hot use fire up chill sauce

Butter Paneer or Tofu
