Vegetable Madras

Vegetable Madras (2 serves) 


-  300 G  Mixed vegetables (Blanched)

- One For All paste (4 - 6 Tbsp)

.- Coconut cream or Coconut milk (1 cup)

 - Hint of Cider vinegar (optional)


Step 1: Add one for all paste into the pot with blanched veges 

Step 2: Add coconut cream and bring to boil thicken to serve as you require 

Step 3: Add a dash of cider vinegar once reached boiling point to bring out the flavor of the madras

Step 4: Place the curry in a bowl and serve with rice 

This curry is Gluten and Dairy free plus vegan friendly so we hope you enjoy this beautiful dish
